Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for orders of the Freeland Passport (digital or physical) and related services.

1. General Principle

Due to the personalized nature of the Freeland Passport (custom issuance, printing, and blockchain registration), refunds are generally restricted once the production or issuance process has started.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may request a full refund only if:

  • You cancel your order before the verification (KYC) process has commenced; OR
  • We are unable to provide the Service due to technical reasons on our side.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are NOT available in the following cases:

  • Verification Failed: If your application is rejected because you failed the identity verification (KYC) checks (e.g., submitted fake documents, under age, or restricted jurisdiction).
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the verification process has started or the digital passport has been issued.
  • Data Error: If the printed passport contains errors because you provided incorrect information (typos in name, wrong shipping address).
  • Shipping Issues: If the package is lost or returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, or refusal to pay local customs duties.
  • Blockchain Fees: Any network fees (gas) paid during the transaction are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your physical Freeland Passport arrives damaged or has a printing defect caused by us:

  • You must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the damage.
  • We will issue a free replacement (reprint and ship). No cash refund will be issued.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund (if eligible):

  1. Contact support at mrfreeman000@gmail.com with your Order ID.
  2. We will review your request within 7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method (or a stablecoin wallet if agreed).
  4. Blockchain transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount.
