Important Notice Regarding the Legal Status of Freeland Passport
The Freeland Passport is an identification document issued by NPO Freeland (Freeland), a non-territorial, decentralized community/organization.
BY ORDERING OR USING THE FREELAND PASSPORT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
1. Not a State Document: The Freeland Passport is NOT a valid travel document issued by a sovereign territorial state (such as the USA, UK, France, etc.). It does not grant citizenship of any UN-recognized country.
2. No Guarantee of Entry: We do NOT guarantee that border control authorities, airlines, or embassies will accept the Freeland Passport for crossing borders or issuing visas. Attempting to use it for international travel is done entirely at your own risk.
3. Acceptance by Third Parties: Acceptance of the Freeland Passport as an ID for banking, KYC, hotel check-in, or other services is solely at the discretion of the service provider. We cannot force any third party to accept it.
4. Novelty / Commemorative Use: In many jurisdictions, this document may be considered a "fantasy passport," "camouflage passport," or a souvenir/novelty item. You are responsible for checking the laws of your country regarding the possession and use of such documents.
5. No Liability: NPO Freeland (Freeland) shall not be liable for any fines, deportation, detention, denied entry, confiscation of the document, or other legal consequences resulting from your use or attempted use of the Freeland Passport.
